Refund Policy
WallTap MFG sells digital STL files now. Finished physical parts are coming soon.
STL files
- Because files can't be returned once delivered, STL sales are final once you've downloaded the files.
- If you haven't downloaded anything yet, you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't what was described, tell us within 14 days. We'll fix it or refund you.
- Bought the same thing twice by accident? We'll refund the duplicate.
- Fit on your car, print quality, and installation depend on your printer, materials and installer, so they aren't grounds for a refund.
Physical parts
Physical parts aren't on sale yet. We'll post their return and cancellation terms here before they launch.
How to ask for a refund
- DM @walltap_mfg on Instagram with your order email and what went wrong.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.
- A refund ends your STL license, and you must delete the files.
